Chronic Disease Management
 
Taking Control of Your Health (TCOYH) is a mutual accountability program for employers working to motivate healthy behavior change in their covered populations through incentives tied to employee use of a pharmacist coach certified in chronic disease management. Participating employers have saved on average of over $800/year per participant which has meant thousands of dollars in savings.

Health Benefit News

In December 2012, a national survey was released on the employer perspective of the ACA. Results include the effect of the Supreme Court Ruling, an organization's perspective on offering health and pharmacy benefits, and how employers are seeing the future through 2018.
