Founded in 1980, Midwest Business Group on Health (MBGH) is one of the nation's leading non-profit business groups of mid and large, self-insured public and private employers. MBGH offers education, research and community-based activities that increase the value of health benefits and health care services and improve the health and productivity of their workforce. Today, we have over 130 members who provide health benefits to over 4 million lives and spend more than $4 billion annually on health care benefits.
