Building an Effective Employer/Vendor Management Strategy
Program Description: Effective vendor mangement is an ongoing challenge for most employers, with vendors either working in silos or not cooperating with other vendor's on the employer's behalf. This lack of integration forces many employers to give up or not even try to manage this difficult task. Add to this an employer's inability to get actionable data from their vendors, forcing them to manage various data sources on their own theirby creating missed opportunities to implement effective and successful interventions. Other employers, however, seem to have found the magic bullet. These leading companies are effective in not only turning their vendors into partners, but integrating their internal health-related program.
This workshop will provide you with insights on:
- How to effectively and efficiently coordinate and manage multiple vendors
- Understand ways to remove internal and external silos for employer/vendor integration
- Build a methodology for negotiating with vendors for sustainable partner relationships
- Recognize the important ofvendor communications, the sharing of data and employer collaboration for
effective health mangement programs.
