MBGH Worksite Wellness Awards and Recognition Program

Worksite Wellness Assessment Methodology

 The 2015
Worksite Wellness
Assessment Awards
Process
  begins May 1, 2015

(1) Leadership Commitment and Support
(2) Wellness/ Benefits Strategy
(3) Program Design
(4) Measurement and Outcomes

An individual company's wellness assessment is reviewed by an MBGH committee to determine the scoring for each of the above areas.  The final score determines the Award level - Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze.

Each Awards recipient receives an individual company summary report that includes a summary of each section of the Assessment, highlighting the strengths of their program, identifying potential opportunities for improvement along with recommended enhancements and links to no-cost resources.
