Employer Health Benefits Roundtables
Offers employer members and invited guests the opportunity for a robust exchange of ideas, challenges, solutions and best practices on the latest issues and trends. Learn More
Annual Conference MBGH’s premier two-day event, bringing together the nation’s leading health care and health benefits thought-leaders to explore the latest research, strategies, trends, tools and techniques in health benefits management. Conducted in May of each year, the conference is open to all interested parties and offers opportunities for networking with fellow employers. In addition, the exhibit hall setting allows for quality time to meet with vendors in a low-key atmosphere. More than 400 people were in attendance at the 2011 conference, with 50% of attendees represented by HR/health benefits professionals.
Pharmacy Benefits Academy
This annual 1.5 day event offers employers and health plans with information on the latest developments, innovations and trends in pharmacy benefit design and strategies. The Academy is open to all interested parties and offers opportunities for networking with fellow employers, with an exhibit hall of vendors in the pharmacy vendor space. Unique to the event is the interactive pre-conference “Boot Camp” workshop offering key information for those just starting out or needing an overview of pharmacy benefits. Health Benefits Benchmarking Surveys
Employer benchmarking surveys provide a quick and easy way to measure what other employers are doing in health benefits management, health care reform, and health improvement strategies. Survey results are provided to employer members as a benefit of membership and at no cost. Learn More
Health Plan & Health System User Groups
User Groups are conducted throughout the year ane provide Chicago-area employers and invited guests an opportunity to discuss issues and challenges with fellow employer members as well as meet with senior officials of major local health plans, health systems and medical groups. The sessions enable employers to better understand and ask about key contracting, quality, data management and services issues.
