An overview of the sponsorship opportunities is provided below. Certain sponsorship levels sell out quickly – complete and return your contract to Mindy McBee – firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
* Gold Sponsors: Panel participation is restricted to sponsors who can provide an employer client only. The employer will share a non-branded case study on their work with the sponsor to include: business case, strategy and outcomes. At no time during the presentation may the employer market the sponsor’s products or services, including visuals in the PowerPoint presentation or in comments. On occasion, MBGH may choose an internal expert to speak on the sponsor’s behalf. This is provided on an invitation only or case-by-case basis.
This is an employer-only event for HR and health benefits professionals. Our annual wellness forum is one of our most well-attended programs with historical attendance of over 100 attendees. This year’s event will focus on connectedness in today’s work environment. Employers will learn how to integrate social connectedness into plan design strategies to achieve better health and work performance. Breaking down barriers that prevent people from succeeding will be discussed along with focusing on strategies that improve workplace culture in our new environments. A focus on racial and health equalities will be explored.
Today, it’s almost impossible to discuss benefits with employers without the discussion pivoting to mental and behavioral health. The immense anxiety people are experiencing due to work/life balancing as more people work from home; financial constraints because a spouse/partner has lost their job; fear of contracting COVID-19; mourning the loss of loved ones due to COVID-19; the list goes on. Many employers quickly responded to the needs of their members by expanding access to mental and behavioral health services through telehealth and digital platforms. This program will explore what’s working, what’s not working, and what more needs to be done system-wide to improve mental well-being in the workplace and in our communities.
Employers have been asking for changes to the health care system for many years. For example, a particular area of concern and rising costs was musculoskeletal disease. Then solutions started coming to market – some digital, some with in-person components. As employers saw improved outcomes with reductions in unnecessary imaging and surgeries, other innovators recognized an opportunity to create carve-out and “bolt-on” solutions. During this forum we’ll look at what’s working and what’s not while addressing whether piecing together the delivery care system is really improving the total health of the individual.
Attendees will hear from innovative employers and industry experts on how to use their collective market influence to affect change in the way health care is paid for and delivered. They'll walk away with the latest information and best practices to make informed decisions for their people and organizations. Experience virtual peer-to-peer networking in an informal setting and experience a collaborative community of sharing. The prospectus opens to the public on February 1, 2021.
Each year this annual forum offers the latest research, information and case studies from leading employers and industry experts to identify solutions for managing specialty drug costs and patient outcomes, while understanding the key strategies needed to ensure accountability and transparency with pharmacy benefit vendors.
