This opportunity gives BCBSIL clients a chance to talk confidentially about what’s going well and what needs improvement. The first hour is facilitated by MBGH leadership for BCBSIL member companies only. The second hour welcomes BCBSIL leadership for a robust discussion on topics of the clients’ choosing and the final 30 minutes is again without BCBSIL, for wrap up and discussion. Both MBGH members and non-member employers are welcome to attend.
