Event Description

Employers have a significant opportunity to shift the focus from treating illness to investing in better health. This forum will explore practical prevention strategies that improve employee health while addressing rising costs – from strengthening primary care and expanding access to evidenced-based preventive care, to emphasizing early intervention and improving adherence. Participants will examine how employers can make prevention more affordable and accessible while investing in strategies that deliver lasting value for employees and the organization.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify practical strategies employers can use to strengthen prevention and primary care while improving affordability and health outcomes.
  • Assess the impact of prevention, adherence, and early intervention on reducing avoidable healthcare costs and supporting a productive workforce.
  • Explore creative health approaches that use fun, engagement, and connection to make wellbeing more meaningful and encourage employees to take an active role in their health.

This program is available both in-person and virtually.
