Meet the speakers:
Cathy Tripp, M.B.A.

Central Division Health Solution Development Leader, Willis Towers Watson. Cathy Tripp has more than 20 years of consulting experience in a variety of health care areas including strategy, plan design, wellbeing, consumerism and private exchange models. She has worked with employers across the U.S. to create and implement strategies that mitigate trend, enhance consumer engagement and optimize the delivery of wellness and benefit programs. In her current role as a Health Solution Development Leader she works with clients to define their strategy through concepts that align with their total rewards strategy, financial goals and their vision for employee engagement. These strategies may include the evaluation of private exchange models or the continued evolution of employer’s current self-managed models. Throughout her career Cathy has held in a number leadership roles in various consulting organizations. She is a frequent speaker at local and national events across the country. She holds a B.S. degree from the University of Montana and an M.B.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
Regina A. Ihrke, ASA, MAAA

Regina Ihrke is practice leader of the Health and Group Benefits line of business in Towers Watson’s Minneapolis office. She has been with Towers Watson for 17 years spending the majority of her time in the Retirement and Health and Group Benefits lines of business. Regina specializes in retirement and health and group benefits, and has assisted companies throughout the Midwest in a wide variety of industries, including franchise restaurants, financial services, retail, airlines and utilities. Regina is the designated signing actuary for her clients and serves on the Towers Watson National Leadership Team on health care reform. Regina holds a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
