Collaboration to improve the health status in our communities
To support and foster improved health and quality of care for its members, MBGH sponsors or participates in a number
of key community initiatives and collaboratives. MBGH also serves as a catalyst for change by supporting the efforts of key health care stakeholders from the business,
hospital, physician, government, consumer, health plan, and voluntary
association sectors in the creation of action plans that support better quality, safety and transparency in the health care system. MBGH has also served as a
facilitator in bringing together competing health plans and providers to
work in collaboration towards mutual goals.
