Event Description

Cardiovascular disease, obesity, and diabetes form a powerful—and costly—trifecta of chronic conditions driving long-term health plan expenses and impacting workforce productivity. This session will explore the interconnected nature of these conditions, their impact on employer-sponsored health plans, and effective, evidence-based strategies for prevention and management. Learn how to leverage data, coordinate care, and engage members to improve outcomes and control rising costs.

Attend this session to:

  • Understand the interrelationship between cardiovascular disease, obesity, and diabetes and their collective impact on employee health and healthcare costs
  • Explore integrated care and data-driven approaches to improve health outcomes and reduce the financial burden on health plans
  • Learn how to engage employees effectively through wellness initiatives, clinical programs, and personalized support to drive sustainable behavior change

This program is available both in-person and virtually.
