Event Description

Across all industries, women are over 40% of the workforce. In some sectors such as health care, women make up 75% or more of an organization’s employees. Despite this representation, women’s health care and health care benefits are more expensive and often more restrictive. Attend this ½-day educational forum to hear about the disparity in health care cost and access, and what you as an employer can do about it.

This program is available both in-person and virtually.

Attend this session to:

  • Hear how pending legislation to include women in clinical trials will affect women’s health and impact how your benefit plan provides health coverage to women
  • Understand what creates disparities in health care access and affordability and how those disparities can be remedied
  • Learn about the unique health needs of women in the workforce and understand how your health plan can support them
