Event Description

Too often, workplace mental health is addressed with well-intentioned but fragmented efforts. While they may provide some support, these patchwork solutions rarely add up to lasting impact. This forum reframes mental wellbeing as a strategic priority, showing how to move from scattered initiatives to a cohesive, purpose-driven approach. Learn how to embed mental strength into the culture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and create an environment where employees can truly thrive.

During this forum, you will learn how to:

  • Identify common gaps and limitations in ad-hoc mental health initiatives.
  • Align mental strength initiatives with organizational goals and culture.
  • Develop actionable steps to shift from reactive support to proactive, sustainable employer solutions.

This program is available both in-person and virtually.

Registration Fees

  • Employer Non-Members $100
