Event Description

Complex oncology care and costs are often at the center of and the most unpredictable drivers of employer health plan costs. Employers are seeing these claims grow more frequent, more complex, and more expensive, with limited warning and little margin for error. This four-hour, employer-focused workshop is designed specifically for those who want to take control of high-cost claims without compromising care quality or patient experience. We will equip participants with the insights and tools needed to better interpret data, identify cost drivers, and implement more effective strategies.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the primary drivers and patterns behind high-cost claims
  • Evaluate opportunities for earlier intervention and care management
  • Apply strategies to improve transparency and vendor accountability
  • Explore actionable approaches to prevent and better manage high-cost cancer claims

This employer* workshop is available in-person only and space is limited.

*Attendees must be employers to attend. MBGH defines an employer as an HR Professional who manages their population's health benefits and wellness programs. Consultants and sales reps are not considered employers for this registration. Thank you for understanding.
