February 13, 2025 Optimizing Drug Formularies for Better Care and Cost

Jan Berger, MD, MBGH, Medical Director and CEO of Health Intelligence Partners led a great discussion with Habib Abraham, Manager, Pharmacy Benefits of Bon Secours Mercy Health and Sherri Samuels-Fuerst, VP, Total Rewards of Sargento Foods. Many learned how the misuse of formularies impacts employee health, drives up costs, and how employers can guide reforms for better healthcare outcomes.
