I strongly value the monthly learning opportunities which help us understand the challenges, obstacles, opportunities and decisions employer HR directors make on behalf of their employees and dependents. For all the years I have been involved with MBGH, there has never been a more critical time for MBGH to exist. I think that having each other during this period of time is so valuable.

Many organizations I have interacted with over the years have done a great job describing the problems that exists within the U.S. healthcare system, but few offer meaningful solutions. I appreciate that MBGH pulls together employers to create meaningful solutions that benefit different types of organizations with diverse populations and unique benefit strategies.
